Returns Policy

At Contemporary Fence Panels (Workgreat Limited), we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is outlined below.

  1. Cancellation and Returns

1.1 Right to Cancel: If you act for a purpose outside of a business, you have the right to cancel your order before the goods are dispatched or within seven days of delivery or collection for a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing via email at cfpanels@icloud.com or by post to our registered office at Contemporary Fence Panels, Fencing and Firewood Factory, Peel St, Blackburn BB2 2QF within seven days of delivery or collection.

1.2 Condition of Returned Goods: Goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and fit for sale. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct costs associated with restoring the goods to a resalable condition.

1.3 Returns After 7 Days: If you wish to cancel your order after the 7-day period, acceptance of such cancellation is at the absolute discretion of Contemporary Fence Panels. If accepted, any refund will exclude delivery costs, return shipping costs, and may include a restocking and administration charge of up to 25% of the price.

1.4 Returns for Business Customers: Cancellations will not be accepted after three days of delivery or collection. Any accepted cancellations will exclude delivery costs and be subject to a restocking and administration charge of up to 25% of the price. Business customers must arrange for the return of goods at their own cost, ensuring goods are undamaged, in their original packaging, and fit for sale.

1.5 Special Orders and Personalised Goods: We do not accept cancellations or returns for special orders or customised goods, including bespoke panels, gates, stores, pre-sanded timber, pre-finished timber, specially mixed paints, stains, or any other goods that cannot be resold.

2. Defective Goods

2.1 Inspection: Please inspect your goods upon delivery or collection. If you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies, notify us in writing within 72 hours of delivery, providing all supporting evidence.

2.2 Return Process for Defective Goods: Upon receiving your notification, we may request you return the goods to our place of business at your cost. If the goods are found to be defective, we will offer to repair or replace them or provide a full refund for the defective items.

2.3 Conditions for Defective Goods: The Seller shall not be liable for defects if the Buyer uses the goods after notice, fails to follow the Seller’s instructions for storage, installation, use, or maintenance, alters or repairs the goods without consent, or if the defect arises from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal conditions.

3. Refunds

3.1 Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned goods are received and inspected. Refunds will exclude any costs associated with delivery, return shipping, restocking, and administration as applicable.

Governing Law
