Due to the bespoke nature of many of our offerings, we cannot stock all items at all times. Therefore, we provide estimated lead times based on the product type and our production schedule.

Delivery Times for Slats and Accessories

For orders that include individual slats, posts, and related accessories, we typically require 3-5 working days to process, package, and dispatch your items. We utilise dependable delivery partners to ensure timely arrival.

Lead Times by Production Team

Our skilled team are divided into specialised teams, each focusing on different product categories. The current lead times are as follows:

  • Fence Panels: Expect a turnaround of about two weeks for both standard and custom fence panel orders.
  • Gates and Bin Stores: Due to high demand, these items currently have 2-3 weeks lead time.

Preparing for Delivery

Once your order of slats or similar items is ready, you will receive a notification and tracking details from the courier. We will coordinate with you to arrange a suitable delivery date for bulkier orders requiring pallet delivery, such as fence panels or gates, providing contact details for real-time updates on the delivery day.

Please note, that while we strive for punctuality, unforeseen delays can occur. We advise against scheduling installation work until your order has been received and inspected. 

We aim to ensure a smooth delivery process but cannot cover costs incurred from delivery-related delays. Given the global demand for timber and our commitment to craftsmanship, delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these challenges, including sourcing difficulties and increased shipping costs. Should any product be temporarily out of stock, we will clarify this on our website and inform you about availability. Delivery Terms and Conditions

Upon scheduling a delivery, you agree to our terms, acknowledging that while we aim for accuracy in delivery dates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external delivery services. We recommend arranging for someone to receive the delivery if you cannot be present.

In the event of a delay, we cannot refund the delivery charge, as our policy covers successful deliveries, typically completed the next day.

We take great care in packaging our products, but accidents can happen during transit.
