What fixings can be used with the narrow cedar slat?

We always recommend stainless steel fixings. This will ensure that there are no chemical reactions within the timber that could cause staining.

How many 44mm slats would it take to build a standard 6ft x 6ft panel?

To create a fence panel that measures 1800mm by 1800mm, the number of slats required depends on the width of the slats used. If 44mm standard slats are used with a 6mm gap between each, approximately 36 slats would be needed. If it was a 12mm gap, 32 slats would be required.
